Special Counsel Roles 

Paul Savage also serves clients in creative and value-added roles, and can lend expertise by serving as:

• Special Counsel to a City or other local government;
• Co-counsel to lead zoning and land use counsel;
• General or Special Counsel to Real Estate Investment or Developer Companies; and
• Ombudsman between a developer and the nearby community.

Depending upon the case and circumstance presented, Paul Savage can add value by serving as special counsel to a municipality on a distinct issue, or as co-counsel to other attorneys who may be lead counsel for a given development project.  Other roles and services can be designed for a given situation, but in every matter, client relationships and the position of the lead counsel (whether lead private counsel or a City Attorney) are strictly respected.
